I remember when I first discovered newgrounds. Back then I was just a chubby little middle schooler who had no idea what people were talking about when they would blurt memes and talk about games they played on the web. Oh newgrounds, I remember when you didn't have any of these weird medals or voting on people's reviews (or even reviews for that matter). I remember a simpler time when I was falling in love with my PS2 for the first time and you didn't have advertising in every nook and cranny. I'm sure I'll come to get used to your changes and strange foreign ways, but in my heart I'll always wish that you were still that dingy crappy grey site with all the games and flash videos I didn't know about. So cheers newgrounds, and hopefully when my kid becomes an academic reject and we're both hiding from mom, I'll show him newgrounds and play some games with him.
